The Mkoani Library is located in the Alternative Education Building at Wingwi in the Mkoani district of southern Pemba Island. It is the southernmost ZLSB branch and serves communities across the Mkoani region.
Mkoani Library extends ZLSB's reach to the southern tip of Pemba, ensuring that even the most remote communities have access to library services. The branch is particularly focused on supporting youth literacy and school reading programmes in the Mkoani district.
